We meet in person or online to discuss the details of your project, including your goals, wishes and preferences.

We present you several design proposals so you can choose the option you prefer.

Based on your feedback, we refine the design until the result fully meets your expectations.

Once all suggestions have been taken into account, we will review and approve the final version together, ensuring that it remains consistent with your identity and vision.

After the final version has been checked for errors and typos, the draft is sent to printer.

We are also happy to provide further assistance if you require any further adjustments or enhancements.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?
Yes, the minimum purchase amount depends on the type of product. Some items can be ordered from just 1 piece, for example signs or high-visibility vests. Others start from 10 pieces, such as business cards or flyers, while certain products – like small packs of sweets, nuts or chocolate – may have a minimum order quantity of 250 pieces.
Tip: The larger the order quantity, the more cost-effective the price per item usually becomes.
How long does it take to receive the finished product?
Once the final design has been checked and sent to print, it usually takes around 5–7 working days for the finished product to reach you.
In special cases, you can also request express production. This may incur additional costs.
Can I request delivery for the products I’ve ordered?
Of course. We understand that time is valuable and that it is not always possible to collect your order in person. That’s why we’re happy to send your products by courier directly to the address you provide
Can I cancel an order or request changes to a design after I have already approved it for printing?
Once a design and its content – such as images or text – has been sent to print, no further changes can be made and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Any later changes require a new order and the corresponding costs will be charged separately.
Can I request updates for the design or content of a product I ordered some time ago?
Were you happy with the design or product but now need a few small updates? No problem. We’ll be happy to refresh the existing design and adapt it to your current needs. Just get in touch with us.
